Or, rather, the Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport, the targa-topped version of the singular two-seat coupe that's been around since 2005 with its 987-horsepower, quad-turbocharged, W-16 engine, dual-clutch transmission and all-wheel drive.<br /><br /><center><img height="268" id="gallery-main-image0" src="http://www.motorauthority.com/content/thumbs/i/m/img_0662-0726-950x650.jpg" width="400" /> </center><br />It's the most powerful passenger car on the planet. Also, one of the fastest. And the most likely to bankrupt small South American nations forced to decide between it and, say, a military.<br /><br /><center><img height="266" id="gallery-main-image1" src="http://www.motorauthority.com/content/thumbs/i/m/img_0664-0726-950x650.jpg" width="400" /> </center><br />It's also the most expensive car ever tested by the scribes here at MotorAuthority. We had the special opportunity last week to drive the Grand Sport, in advance of a special edition to come at the Pebble Beach Concours. Bugatti's U.S. sales arm provided us with a silver example for three hours in Greenwich, Connecticut, along with their U.S. marketing manager John Hill and the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to teleport past Honda Accords on the Merritt Parkway.<br /><br /><center><img height="264" id="gallery-main-image2" src="http://www.motorauthority.com/content/thumbs/i/m/img_0664-0726-950x650.jpg" width="400" /> </center><br />Then, in September, Bugatti will be showing a new concept--a secret project car that's meant for clients' and dealers' eyes only. That concept won't be coming to the Frankfurt auto show as other sites have reported, but we'll be glued to the Web in case cell phone pics or video leak out. The 168mph (270km/h) rear-wheel drive sports sedan that is powered by a 417HP 5.0-liter V8 engine will replace the current Subarus employed by the Roads Crime Section. 2010 Acura RDX Facelift New FWD version introduced

<center><img alt="2010 Acura RDX" height="247" src="http://img.worldcarfans.com/2009/7/large/7240921.jpg" width="400"> </center><br />Acura is now giving buyers the option of FWD (front-wheel-drive) with their 2010 RDX. That model becomes the baseline model and sells at US$32,520, US$2,000 less than the AWD version. The latter comes equipped with Acura's Super-Handling AWD system.<br /><span class="fullpost"><br /><center><img alt="2010 Acura RDX" height="322" src="http://img.worldcarfans.com/2009/7/large/8159022.jpg" width="400"> </center><br />Acura has released details of the redesigned 2010 RDX. Though these official details have not been released to the motoring media, Acura has regardless gone ahead and posted them on its official website.<br /><br /><center><img alt="2010 Acura RDX" height="201" src="http://img.worldcarfans.com/2009/7/large/5683880.jpg" width="400"> </center><br />Part of the upgrade is the new Acura corporate front grille with a new front bumper. New alloy wheels are fitted and the rear bumper sports new trim too. The vehicle measures 4.635m in length, 1.870m and stands 1.655m tall. It also has a minimum ground clearance of 15.87cm.<br /><br /><center><img alt="2010 Acura RDX" height="246" src="http://img.worldcarfans.com/2009/7/large/9475859.jpg" width="400"> </center><br />Safety systems fitted include ABS brakes with EBD and Brake Assist. Standard wheels are 18" x 7.5" aluminium-alloys running on P235/55 R18 tyres.<br /><br /><center><img alt="2010 Acura RDX" height="201" src="http://img.worldcarfans.com/2009/7/large/7185611.jpg" width="400"> </center><br />Powering the two vehicles is the 2.3-litre turbo motor that develops some 177kW (240hp) and torque of 260 lb-ft at 4500 rpm. Mated to the engine is a 5-speed automatic shift transmission with paddles for semi-automatic changes.
