Back in July, Car Magazine had the scoop on official design sketches of an Audi R8 spider and now Audi enthusiast site Fourtitude.com have produced the same image without the CarOnline watermark. But this time, Fourtitude.com, with their long time inside connections with Audi/VW of America officials, have divulged Audi's game plan for the North American International Auto Show in Detroit this January. With an emphasis on “performance”, Audi intends to display some sort of R8 variant, either R8 V10 or R8 Spider in concept form. Also to take a bow in full production trim is the Audi TTS, which Fourtitude confirms is approved for the North American market. The 265 hp 2.0-liter from the European Audi S3 will find its way into the TTS which is lighter and more agile than the S3 hatch.
