At 2008 Tokyo Auto Salon

Last week we brought you news that the new Honda Inspire was launched in Japan, the Inspire is of course known as the Honda Accord in the US and Europe, followed shortly by the Mugen tuned version. For the 2008 Tokyo Auto Salon Honda in-house tuner Modulo has prepared an Inspire Modula Concept, a spiced up version for the local Japanese market.

The Inspire Modulo Concept features a new body kit (front and rear bumpers, side sills), new grille, new headlamps, crystal clear tail-lights, various chrome details and seven-spoke alloy wheels. Inside you will find two tone-leather and plenty of tech gadgets. Whether the underpinnings have been touched up too is not known, but we hope that the flash new exterior is backed up with a fine-tuned 3.5 litre V6 engine and suspension.

All in all it looks pretty good, but stay tuned for official details in January. More images at NihonCar.
